Rebate Requirements for New and Existing Multi-family Property Programs

We offer a variety of rebates for owners of electrically heated multi-family buildings (five or more dwelling units) in Clark County. Buildings must also have dwelling units that are stacked, meaning the units share floor and ceiling areas. If your structure has four or fewer dwelling units or if more than four and only share walls, e.g., townhomes, please see our single-family home rebates.

Low-rise multi-family is defined as having three or fewer stories. Mid-, high-rise multi-family is defined as having four or more stories.

All multi-family building projects require pre-approval and in some cases field inspections. Also, the weatherization work must be completed by a contractor in the Clark Public Utilities Contractor Network to be eligible for rebates. Learn more about how to get pre-approved for your project by speaking to one of our energy counselors at 360-992-3355.

*“U-factor” is an efficiency measurement: the lower the number, the more energy-efficient the window will be. Windows must be installed in a conditioned space.

Also, the building’s existing windows must be single pane with/without storms, and may have any frame type (e.g., metal, wood, vinyl), or double pane, and may have metal frames only.

Please note that rebates may be withdrawn at any time, and additional rebates or promotional offers may be added during the year. Call us at 360-992-3355 for more information.
