Rebate Requirements for Multi-family Property Programs
We offer a variety of weatherization rebates for owners of electrically heated multifamily buildings (five or more units) in Clark County. If your structure has four or fewer units weatherized to program standards, please see our single-family home weatherization rebates.
All multifamily building weatherization projects require two inspections: one for pre-approval, and one after the work is completed. Also, the weatherization work must be completed by a contractor in the Clark Public Utilities Contractor Network to be eligible for rebates. Learn more about how to get pre-approved for your project by speaking to one of our energy counselors at 360-992-3355.

Triple pane windows must be a .22 U-Factor or less, with vinyl frames, and must be installed in a conditioned space.
Also, the building’s existing windows must be single pane with/without storms, and may have any frame type (e.g., metal, wood, vinyl), or double pane, and may have metal frames only.
Please note that rebates may be withdrawn at any time, and additional rebates or promotional offers may be added during the year. Call us at 360-992-3355 for more information.
