    Celebrate the summer with live music! Clark Public Utilities will have a booth at the Columbia Tech Center Sunday Sounds Concert Series where kids can make electrical safety buttons and adults can chat with employees about a variety of utility programs. Concerts take place from 6 to 8 p.m. at Columbia Tech Center in Vancouver.
