A public comment period is included as part of every Integrated Resource Plan development. This happens for both full Integrated Resource Plans as well as plan updates. Customers can submit comments during the open public comment period from July 8, 2026 to August 7, 2026, by filling out the comment form on the main IRP page. All comments are reviewed by staff and Clark Public Utilities’ Board of Commissioners.

Clark Public Utilities thoroughly reviews all customer submissions received during the IRP Public Comment Process. Applicable identified opportunities for clarification, correction of errors or need for additional information to the Draft 2024 IRP Update will be reflected in the Final 2024 IRP Update before presentation to the utility’s board of commissioners on August 11th, 2026.
