At 9:00 a.m., President Malinowski called the meeting to order for the transaction of formal business and the agenda was approved as presented (Materials B).

Consideration of the Minutes of August 20, 2024
The minutes were approved as presented.

Consideration of Accounts Payable
The board, by a unanimous vote, approved the following payment amounts as listed on the Letter of Transmittal dated August 20, 2024 from the District Auditor (Materials C):

Electric Revenue Fund – $9,050,760.17
Water Revenue Fund – $1,317,809.08
Generating System Fund – $617,919.48

For a total of $10,986,488.73

Consideration of Resolution for Bridge Sub Parcel Sale
General Counsel John Eldridge reviewed the memo dated August 28, 2024 (Materials D). The title company handling the sale transaction is requesting a resolution that authorizes the General Manager to sign the property deeds and other transfer documents.

Commissioner Van Dyke moved to allow the General Manager to sign the property deeds and other transfer documents. Commissioner Barnes seconded the motion and it unanimously passed.

Commissioner Reports and Comments
Commissioner Van Dyke reported on her visit to Skagit County PUD as part of her Washington PUD Association duties as President of the Association.

Commissioner Malinowski reported on his attendance at the Energy Northwest planning retreat.

Staff Reports
CEO/General Manager Lena Wittler noted that the Power Supply Workshop will be on September 10 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Community Room, and is open to the public. There were no staff reports.
