Celebrate the summer with live music! Clark Public Utilities will have a booth at the Noon Concert Series where kids can make electrical safety buttons and adults can chat with employees about a variety of utility programs. Concerts take place from noon to 1 p.m. at Esther Short Park in downtown Vancouver.
