Business Instant Lighting Discounts (BILD)

What is BILD?

The Business Instant Lighting Discount program offers instant, point of sale discounts to select energy efficient lamps and fixtures purchased through participating distributors.

What are the Program Requirements?

Since these products are sold through distributors via a point-of-sale channel, there are no pre-conditions for participation.

Product must be installed at a commercial, industrial or multi-family common area location within Clark Public Utilities service territory (excluding 98674 zip code).

Installation address must be provided at time of sale.

Products should be installed as a 1 for 1 replacement.

Available for existing structures only; new construction or residential sales are not allowed for this program.

Products purchased through the BILD program are not eligible for incentives through the CLIP program. Capital projects and large quantity lamp and/or fixture installations should be submitted through the CLIP program to maximize incentives for the customer.

We make no express or implied warranties of these products or installations. There are limits to rebates and grants (when available).
