CLARK PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD REVIEWS PERFORMANCE AND ADJUSTS CEO/GENERAL MANAGER SALARY
VANCOUVER, WA – July 8, 2026 – Following an annual review of her performance, the Clark Public Utilities Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to increase CEO/General Manager Lena Wittler’s salary from $365,820 to 373,000 effective July 1, 2026. A car allowance of $400 per month and other benefits remain unchanged. She has served as CEO/General Manager since June 2019.
Commissioners praised Ms. Wittler’s leadership and acknowledged the utility’s numerous recent milestones in ongoing efforts to bolster long-term system reliability and customer satisfaction.
“Some of most important aspects of our role as a commission is to hire and work with the CEO/ General Manager and perform this annual review,” said President of the Clark Public Utilities Board of Commissioners Jane Van Dyke. “I greatly appreciate the talent, hard work and insightful leadership Ms. Wittler brings to this position. The safety and reliability of our electric and water systems are first-rate.”
