StreamTeam Leader Training

Do you have what it takes to be a leader? Clark Public Utilities StreamTeam will be training leaders to coordinate a group of planting volunteers during events. The team leader will demonstrate how to plant trees at our Earth Day Fest (April 20) or Make a Difference Day Celebration (October 26). Long sleeves and pants are recommended. Training, tools, and gloves provided at all events. Lunch will also be provided. Please wear sturdy, closed-toed shoes – rainboots provided upon request. Now that volunteers have helped us locate the invasive knotweed, we need your help to eliminate it! You must be able to navigate over uneven terrain and through thick vegetation and be willing to inject plants with herbicide.
