Overview

Join us Sunday, January 31 for our 13th annual Race for Warmth, a 5k/10k run/walk to support Operation Warm Heart, a Clark Public Utilities customer-funded program to help limited-income families in crisis situations who need help paying their electric bills.

New for 2027, both the 5K and 10K courses have been reversed and will feature additional road closures, creating a safer, more open experience for runners and walkers.

Every dollar of your Race for Warmth registration goes directly to Operation Warm Heart. Over the last ten years the race alone has raised nearly $662,000 for local families.

The race will take place on January 31. There will be prizes, a kids run and fun for the whole family! There will be a virtual option as well for people to participate in at any point throughout the weekend.

Registration for this event is $40 and all funds go directly to Operation Warm Heart. Planning to participate with friends, family, or coworkers? Register ten or more participants in the same transaction and everyone will automatically receive 25% off their registration fees.
