Commercial & Industrial Level II Charger Rebate
- $500 rebate for the purchase and installation of a qualified Level II charger
- Rebate capped at purchase price if below $500, sales tax not included, plus any installation costs
- Rebate applicable to new EV charger purchases only
- Dual-Port (dual-cord) Level II chargers with two electric breakers, one for each port, qualify for two $500 rebates
- Must be Energy Star rated

- No limit on the number of rebates but projects with more than 10 Level II units being installed require pre-approval to ensure there are no budget constraints
- Note: Electrical permits are required for the installation of most Level II EV chargers, check with your local jurisdiction for requirements

Commercial and Industrial Level III Demand Charge Credit Program
- Business customers with a Level III EV charger deployed may qualify for an annual account credit of $1,500 for each Level III charger
- The Level III charger must be separately metered from your facility electric service
- The Level III charger must be on rate schedule 134 (Rate schedule 434 does not qualify for the demand charge bill credit incentive)

EV Grant Opportunity Program (EV-GO)
- Clark Public Utilities will be offering grant funding to support the build out of publicly accessible EV charging infrastructure in Clark County.
- Available to Clark County municipalities, local government agencies located in Clark County, and Clark County non-profits.
- Grant can cover up to 50% of the project costs, including EV charging equipment, construction costs, and electric service upgrades.
