Operation Warm Heart is an income-based program designed to help families in crisis pay their electric heating bills. This unique program, funded by contributions from Clark Public Utilities customers, makes all the difference to families in need who may not qualify for other forms of assistance.
Who qualifies for Operation Warm Heart?
If you are barely making ends meet, but aren’t eligible for other energy assistance programs, ask us about Operation Warm Heart. Since 1985, our program has provided nearly $3.6 million to 14,800 families in financial crisis.

Please help your less fortunate neighbors stay warm this winter by making a tax-deductible donation to Operation Warm Heart.
