Enjoy the benefits of paperless billing! Clark Public Utilities offers you the option of receiving and paying your utility bill over the Internet, with Net Pay. Net Pay is available to all residential customers. If you're already signed up, LOG ON here.

Net Pay provides you with an electronic version of your paper bill that can be viewed securely from most computers with Internet access. You can pay your bills online through an electronic transfer of funds from your bank account or with your Visa or MasterCard credit card.

We have partnered with CheckFree Corporation to provide this service free of charge. You will also have the ability to receive and pay other household bills offered through CheckFree services. Enroll today!

If you use a different bill service provider such as US Postal Service, Bank of America or Yahoo, you will find Clark Public Utilities listed as one of the available e-billers. Some service providers may charge a fee to handle your bill payments.

Whether you use CheckFree or a different provider you will need this information during the enrollment process:

• your Clark Public Utilities 11-digit account number
• your bank account or credit card information
