Electronic funds transfer

To make your utility payments easier, arrange for funds to be transferred automatically.

Have your regular payment electronically transferred from the bank account of your choice on the date your payment is due. If you are on the Equal Pay plan you can choose the day of the month you would like the transfer to be made.

To sign up for Auto Pay, provide us with your...

• Name, address and phone number
• Utility account number
• Bank name and branch
• Bank account number
• Preferred payment date (if you are on the Equal Pay plan)
• Signature to authorize the transfer (if you're mailing in your request)
• Voided check from the account given above (if you're mailing in your request)

For your convenience you may fill out the attached form and submit it. You also may print this form and send it and your voided check with your next payment or drop it off at one of our offices.
