Office locations and hours

Our customer service representatives are available seven days a week, 24 hours a day via phone at (360) 992-3000 or e-mail us.

Customer Service offices are open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the following locations:

• Orchards Service Center
  8600 NE 117th Avenue
• Vancouver Service Center
  1200 Fort Vancouver Way

Both offices have drive-up windows for making payments. They are open:

• Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

24-hour drop boxes are available at both locations to receive payments.

We contract with a number of local businesses to serve as pay stations for your convenience.
