Rate credits for low-income seniors
We know winter bills are hardest on those customers who can least afford them.
Rate credits are offered to customers age 62 and over who:
- have lived in Clark County at least one year
- have an annual income less than $24,000
Qualifying seniors may receive a 50% credit on their winter billings. The credit is based on the customer's billings between January 1 and April 30.
