Stream Stewards "payback" their instruction by participating on various projects in the county. We offer a choice of two forms for your use in recording the hours you have served.
You can simply print off this form, fill it out with a pen and turn it in. You'll need Acrobat Reader to download the form. If you don't already have the program you may get it for free. If you have trouble downloading be sure to check that you have allowed popups for this site.
Or you can right click on this
link and choose "Save Target As" to save an Excel spreadsheet to
your computer. Then you can record your information electronically to
print off later.
