Our employees carry photo identification cards when working outside the office.

Occasionally, a Clark Public Utilities employee may come to your door regarding meter reading or another service. Please ask them for I.D. or call us to verify employment. Feel free to call us at 360-992-3000 if you have questions about any activity being performed by individuals representing the utility.

Once in a while, customers are victimized by criminals posing as utility employees. Clark Public Utilities employees do not engage in door-to-door sales, or do roof inspections. In addition, employees do not deliver cash refunds or rebates to customer's homes. If you have not scheduled service with us, do not allow someone into your home claiming to sell Clark Public Utilities products or services.

Protect yourself and your family and remember to exercise healthy skepticism when strangers knock on your door. Trust your instincts if something seems wrong and call us if you believe the person is an imposter.
