Weatherization incentives
As of October 1, 2011, Clark Public Utilities offers the following incentives when you have weatherization measures added to your electrically heated home by an approved contractor. The utility will inspect the installation after work is complete.

* Windows must be a .30 U-Factor or less. U-factor is an efficiency measurement and the lower the number the better the window.
** PTCS stands for Performance Tested Comfort Systems. Special diagnostic equipment is used to measure air leakage from heat ducts and/or from the house itself.
