Weatherization loans for manufactured homes
Loans of up to $15,000 at 5.25% interest are available for
- Air sealing
- Duct sealing
- Floor insulation
- Windows
You will choose the contractor who installs your weatherization features. To ensure you get the highest quality work, we will provide you with a list of contractors who have met the requirements for participating in our loan program.
Terms of these loans are the same as for our other weatherization loans.
Incentives for weatherization measures are currently available which will be credited against your loan amount when documents are signed.
