Automated phone system
Quick Pay allows you to make a payment using our automated self service and payment information line. It's quick and easy.
- Simply call 360-992-3400 using a touch-tone phone, anytime, 24-hours a day.
- Enter your 11-digit account number located on your Clark Public Utilities bill.
- Enter the desired payment amount.
- Enter the account information for your payment method (Visa or MasterCard credit card, checking or savings account).
Simply follow the prompts to receive your confirmation number. That's all there is to it!
If you have questions as you're using the system, you can always opt out for personal assistance.
Customers have asked for a feature where Quick Pay will ask if you want the system to keep your bank or credit card information and then offer it for use the next time you use Quick Pay. That feature is now available.
