Solar swimming pool heaters have been found to be VERY cost effective even here in the Pacific Northwest. A solar pool heater can pay for itself in as little as 3 to 5 years, providing you with many years of virtually free pool heating. Solar pool heaters can heat your pool from April or May until September or October (depending on the type of weather we have).
Our customers can finance up to $10,000 of the cost of a solar pool heater at 5.25 percent interest for up to five years.
About the loan terms
- You have up to five years to repay your loan, but your monthly payment will be at least $25.
- Loans of less than $5,000 have a loan processing fee of $225, and loans of $5,000 or more have a loan processing fee of $350. You can pay up front or fold the fee into your loan.
- You will be billed monthly, separate from your energy bill, for your loan payment.
- Loans are not transferable, so if you sell your home you must pay
the unpaid balance on the loan in full.
