Voicing a complaint
If you're unhappy with us or our work, we want to know it. We try to give you many ways to communicate with us.
- You can write your complaint on the back of your bill stub
- You may e-mail us
- You may phone us at (360) 992-3000, 24 hours a day every day of the year.
- You may stop in at one of our offices
- Or simply mail us a letter.
All of us are here to assist you in any way possible. You just have to ask.
If you think your bill is wrong, please get in touch with us right away.
We'll look for errors and make necessary corrections immediately. We'll review the results with you. If we can't come to an agreement, you have the right to a hearing with a hearings officer.
