There is a community room at our Vancouver Service Center that is available free of charge to non-profit, community service groups when not in use by the utility.
The room is located in Vancouver at 1200 Fort Vancouver Way. It has an approved capacity of 120 people.
To schedule an event for the community room for a date call us at 360-992-3469 or fill out and submit the attached form and we will contact you about your request.
Our intent is to provide a meeting space at no charge for organizations whose purpose is to work for betterment of the community we serve.
Groups may not charge admission, nor can we allow any uses which would result in individual gain for a lecturer, salesperson, political candidate, etc.
No alcohol is allowed on the premises and children must be under constant adult supervision.
To keep the cost of maintaining this meeting space at a minimum we do not allow animals, dancing or other uses which can cause additional janitorial expense.
The room is available between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, and from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Here is a list of full rules and regulations.
There are many organizations in Clark County that make use of our community room. Due to the heavy demand, we accept only one reservation at a time from any group. Rather than try to count on the use of this room for recurring meetings, groups more often schedule the locations for special events.
The community room has a well-equipped kitchen and tables and chairs for your use.
